You will not be charged sales tax (sweet!).

Absolutely! Give us a call at (011) 9734. We’re here to provide customer service Saturday through Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Q. What is your return policy?

iLakta.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. iLakta does not have a return policy as it only providing the buying experience online.  However, if you find that your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us and we’ll try to help you as much as we can.

Each product is personally inspected before shipping, and we use the highest quality packaging. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service for help.
