Opening times
We are open 365 days a year, and our call center and delivery trucks are available from 8:30 am until midnight, every day except for Fridays when we open from 10 am until midnight.

Delivery times
Your electronic goods will typically be delivered by the next day, at a time that is convenient for you. After you’ve placed an order, our call center will call to confirm this and will ask you to suggest a suitable time for delivery.

Delivery charge
The delivery charge for most products is 150 Syrian Pounds although heavier products such as refrigerators, washing machines and dryers will require a delivery charge of 800 Syrian Pounds.

Payment
All payments are to be made upon delivery. We are currently in the process of implementing a payment option using credit/debit cards, this should be effective in the near future to add to your convenience and give you more payment options.

Order History
Once you have placed an order with us, the products that you have chosen will be stored in ‘Order History’ for ease of reference.
