Q. How can I make an Order ?

Ordering Online is Easy!
1. Find the item you like and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘buy now’ tab below the item. Then you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to ‘Checkout’.
2. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the next step.
3. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information. Information with the (*) is required. You do not have to create a login name and password to complete your order; however, if you choose to create a login and password, you benefit by creating a personalized account which keeps track of your order history and saves your billing and shipping information for future orders.

As soon as you submit your order, we will process and ship your order as fast as we can. Due to our in stock guarantee, the majority of orders will be shipped within 24 hours or less!

Q. How fast will I get my order?

Your order receives top priority and hence will be delivered to you by the next business day whether in Damascus or anywhere else in Syria.

Q. Can I track my shipments?

Yes. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities and hence all shipments can be tracked via delivery confirmation. For tracking you order, please call customer service and talk to one of our representatives.

Q. Can I return my product after I buy it? What is the return policy?

iLakta.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product’s features are exactly the same as we described on the website, then, unfortunately we can’t return the products.

Q. I'm an international customer. How long will it take you to ship to me?

Currently, we cannot deliver to people outside Syria unfortunately. However, we are looking to replicate the ilakta model in the rest of the Middle East to cater to customers in the rest of the region.

Q. How much is the shipping cost for an order shipped to outside Damascus?

Inside Damascus, the delivery charge for most products is 150 Syrian Pounds although heavier products such as refrigerators, washing machines and dryers will require a delivery charge of 800 Syrian Pounds.

Outside Damascus, the delivery charges will be the same although you will have to add a courier fee (which will depend on the weight of the item). You can speak to our representatives who will be able to provide you with an estimated quote depending on your location and weight of the product.

Q. Can you send me more information on selected product?

We pride ourselves by keeping our website up to date and adding more information as it becomes available. Occasionally we receive product literature from the manufacturers to promote the products and will send such information with orders if we think they may be of interest.

Q. Will you match a price on the same product from another company?

Sorry, but we have found that it is too time consuming to track down the legitimacy of a company, the company's price, their product availability, and the company's quality of service and span of products. We do an excellent job in maintaining a huge variety of products, keep all products in stock, provide product information, excellent and competitive prices, shipment options, easy tracking of your shipments and overall top-notch service at all times.
